Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total amount. Minimum stay is 5 nights, but shorter stays are also possible, depending on occupancy rates. Cancelations less than 30 days prior to arrival are not refundable, unless the room can be rented for the same duration.

Cancellations made over 1 month prior arrival, 5% of the total stay will be retained. No show or early departure: in high season, total amount will be charged, unless the room can be rented for the same duration. Check in:14.00h (when possible, we will be happy to make it earlier). Check out: 12.00h (if possible, we'll try to give you more time if you have a late flight).Travel Insurance is always recommended.
